That first professional contract ending can be a tough time for young footballers. Gaining playing minutes within the first team or through loan opportunities can pose challenges. And being confined to academy football is not desirable. The pressure to succeed and the fear of rejection can be overwhelming. It's definitely a period that requires a lot of resilience and mental strength.#mentalstrength #resilience #contract

I have recently obtained certification in the FIFA Agent Platform, in Representing Minors in the world of football. As a football agent, I understand the immense responsibility that comes with nurturing young talent. It is not just about their success on the field but also their well-being and development as individuals. My mission is to make football a safe and supportive space for children who dream of pursuing a career in football. Also by following the safeguarding measures to protect the well-being of individuals involved in football.#football #agent #management

The perception of the average youth football player in the Nigerian society is that they are;- Vain- Unintelligent- Unserious- Lazy- Jobless- NuisanceThis is predicated on indices like how they talk, the circles they move in and general hygiene and appearance. At a base level, youth footballers are humans similar to others who seek sustenance or learning in other walks of life. Ultimately, they should be judged not by their appearance or fickle stereotypes but by the content of their character and expertise. Football is education too and knowledge of it is a skill. However, with all that being said, society needs to produce more well-rounded footballers (athletes) who can attract respect and dignity even before the content of their character is known. The charge therefore falls unto parents, trainers, coaches and football administrators (society) to equip footballers not just with the bare minimum but a whole array of life skills to help them thrive holistically. As I always say, "There are no poor players, only poor coaching".

Lack of skills - fotballers!!!The second best footballers lack important psychosocial skills which make it more difficult to bring out their potential than is strictly necessary. The consequence is that relegation must threaten before the team realizes the seriousness. Then it may be too late. Rosenborg is now in such a situation, where the coach cannot quickly take the team back to the top, but must sit down with advisers who have social and emotional skills. The functional (the football) is not the problem, it works. If Rosenborg calls, we can help with some of our advisers. We have expert competences within a wide range of sciences at PhD level. We put together a team to solve a complex problem - quickly, easily and cheaply, as REMA would say. #football #help #team #phd

Game 6: Coventry City Football Club vs Preston North End Football Club in the EFL (English Football League). ⚽️Not the result we were expecting last night. But nevertheless, Coventry Building Society Arena hosted 21,000 fans yesterday. 👏I was stationed in the Pink Stand, at the ticketing concourse on Blocks 13-14. 📍Just a gentle reminder, once approaching the vomitry. 1. Please remember to have your tickets out before you get to the stewards.2.If you have an e ticket, please make sure you also have the email with you as well, a simple screenshot does not suffice.3. Please do not let children enter or exit, the blocks without a guardian/caretaker. 4. Yes, it is imperative to have your ticket checked by a steward everytime you enter or exit a block. All these suggestions help everyone have a safe, secure and smooth game, which is our top priority at Coventry City Football Club and at the Coventry Buiding Society Arena. ⚽️🔥#PUSB #EFL #Stewarding
