SOUTHPORT, N.Y. (WETM) – A woman has been arrested after deputies say she was wanted as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, Julia A. Pacheco, 35, was arrested on Thursday, June 20, on an active arrest warrant out of Pennsylvania following a traffic stop in the Town of Southport.
Pacheco was arrested as a fugitive from justice and was processed by Southport Town Court. She was then returned to the Chemung County Jail, where she awaits extradition back to Pennsylvania.
