In between Kang Ho’s own life struggles, he falls in love with Mi Joo, a girl who lives in his neighborhood. Taking note that Mi Joo has courted him since childhood, it would be a question if he doesn’t. While preparing for his bar exam, their relationship gets deeper.
With so many sweet moments, they melt your heart away. But since the law of drama says that no happiness will last long unless it’s “the ending.” Kang Ho breaks Mi Joo’s heart to take revenge on the killer of his father.
On the same day, Mi Joo finds out that she is pregnant. Our strong-willed lady doesn’t give up and starts finding ways to raise her kids. Yet, living in this world is so harsh that she has to send her children to her mother while she earns a living in the city.
Good Bad Mother makes you realize how a wish to live simply can turn into tragic complexities. And how a mother’s love can be cold and warm at the same time.

Just completed watching a stressful drama and am still feeling down because of those grieving moments. Le Coup de Foudre, with a light dose of sadness and full of romantic yet comedic turns, is waiting for you. In the drama Qiao Yi, the female lead is a naive, cute, and youthful girl, and the male lead is just the other side of the coin.
Yan Mo is a very serious, cold, and disciplined person who rarely gets along with others. Even having such drastic opposite personalities could not keep them apart from each other.
These high schoolers fell in love with each other and planned to be together in the future. But the writer had a different plan for the plot. While Yan Mo was planning further studies with Qiao Yi in the UK, Qiao Yi was having some family crises. Due to those, she denied going, which caused them to be apart.
Side by side, we have another cute and lovely story about Qiao Yi’s twin brother (Guan Chao) and her best friend (Wu Yi). Guan Chao is a smart guy with great looks.
Actually, he is second in the class because our lead has first place. Wu Yi is eye candy to everyone’s eyes, but her eyes can only see Guan Chao. After courting and chasing him for a long time, she finally decides to give up.

Road Home (2023)

After ending with such heart-aching pain, ten years later, when Yanchen went on a trip, she met him again. The lovers started feeling like strangers when they met again, but the spark remained in the corner. The love is still deeply rooted in their hearts, and they start to come closer to each other.
Yet another twist is still waiting for them. As a competent member of the SWAT team, everyone praises him for his good work. However, his work is full of risks, and one crisis caught him. When he is seriously injured and lying on the bed in a coma, Lu Yanchen finds out about it. She rushes to the place, even in her pregnant state.
With such realistic aspects of relationships and life, the drama leaves in an “aww” with fulfilling pleasure.

Spring Waltz (2006)
In the series Endless Love, Spring Waltz is the final part that represents innocence and youth of love. When Eun Young is assisting him in healing and forgetting the painful memories, his father steals Eun Young’s mother’s money for her surgery.
Eun Young follows her mother as she travels to Seoul in search of Soo Ho’s father. Soo Yo discovers a fainted Eun Young and transports her to the hospital on his back. He learns about Eun Young’s heart problems and becomes too embarrassed to look her in the eyes.
A woman who lost her kid in an accident at the same hospital misidentifies Soo Ho as her son. Seeing this, the woman’s husband offers him to be his son in exchange for paying for Eun Young’s surgery. Her surgery went well, and gets adopted by her aunt after the death of her mother.
When he was told that she was dead, it took a while for him to recognize her, and now his best friend/manager likes the same girl as him.
With a lot happening, this classic drama will make you laugh and cry. The representation of pure love through a spring setting packed with quality scenes will make this drama one of your top watches.

How a ray of love becomes hope for another is really magical. Cheng Mu, who has left all hope and is trying to be free from this world, felt something like that when he met Jiang Si Han.
Si Han, who got drunk and confessed her love to Cheng Mui while mistaking him for someone else. A year after the incident, they get entangled by destiny again.
Cheng Mu, who is a famous dessert maker, and Si Han, a food blogger, but Si Han doesn’t remember Cheng Mu being the person she confessed to. All she was interested in was desserts and their behind-the-scenes stories, especially the most famous ones.
Where life is already pulling these two closer, one little cutie enters. Rui is the son of Si Han’s older sister and Cheng Mu’s friend. Hence, a dispute arises over who will take care of Rui Rui, with the solution of the three of them living together in Cheng Mu’s house. This little angel worked as a catalyst for their relationship.
Both of them being in love gives me such excitement. Still, there was something lacking: a confession. Cheng Mu, having mental issues because of past trauma, couldn’t keep himself from confessing his love. Thinking that he would be a burden to her.
Leaving a soul-touching message that your partner has a right to choose in whatever situation it is. And in spite of having a tough childhood, you can go on with life.

Among the all-step-sibling Chinese dramas, we have another one as an add-on for your watch list. Because of You is a Chinese adaptation of the Korean drama “Jang Bo Ri is Here.” The story revolves around our female protagonist, Zhang Guo Guo. She is unaware of the fact that she belongs to a rich family like ‘master embroiders’.
After getting into an accident in her childhood, she lost her memories and got adopted by a poor family that runs a wonton shop. She has a very energetic, vibrant, and honest personality. Whereas her older sister, Yu Xin, is a clever and envious person.
The drama has a very unique aspect of taking embroidery as one of the main focus points. Both sisters have a talent for this art. However, Yu Xin plays dirty to snatch the opportunity from Guo Guo out of jealousy.
Although he is a very carefree person, he has a hidden soft spot for others. Even when he gradually fell in love with Guo Guo, he would grab the opportunity to show his love to her.
